Conad Shopping Centre: Cintolese

As part of the renovation of the Conad store in Fontanelle, Prato—an existing building of approximately 1,960 m² constructed in the early 2000s—the project involved an extension of about 240 m² alongside an architectural restyling of the original section, featuring a new façade with a dry-construction substructure and Alucobond cladding in very contemporary dark tones. The extension was built adjacent to and continuous with the existing structure, connected via a structural joint and featuring a steel framework. In addition, the project included a comprehensive overhaul of the electrical and mechanical systems, a reorganization of the layout and surfacing of the external areas, and a restyling of the store's interior furnishings.
