Officine CAP – Autotrasporti Pratese Cooperative

The project entails the redevelopment and functional reorganization of an area zoned for industrial and artisanal use through the construction of a new complex for CAP (Cooperativa Autotrasporti Pratese), comprising workshops, administrative offices, and related services. The project involves replacing the existing structures with a new architectural complex that harmonizes with the landscape character of the surrounding area. The requirements of the client, CAP - Cooperativa Autotrasporti Pratese, have been translated into a multifaceted production facility where the workshop serves as the operational hub and the office building acts as the administrative center. Both buildings feature a color palette drawn from the surrounding landscape, with brown tones incorporated into their facades. In addition to these contextual details, the prefabricated facade panels of both buildings feature a textured pattern that lends a contemporary, striking aesthetic to the architectural design.
